You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the kyt4d platform. Age verification is mandatory at account level.
Each player may hold only one active kyt4d account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No conversion fees apply. Minimum deposit is Rp 20.000.
All promotional bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically 5×–20× the bonus amount) that must be met before withdrawal. Full details are stated on each promotion page.
kyt4d applies a Know Your Customer process. Identity documents (KTP or passport) and proof of payment method may be requested before withdrawals are approved.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and any supplementary policies published on the kyt4d platform:

2.1 To register and use the kyt4d platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 kyt4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.1 To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or "ghost" accounts — whether under your own identity or a third party's — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). kyt4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 You must notify kyt4d immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.5 Account registration is free of charge. kyt4d does not levy any fee for creating or maintaining an Account.
All Accounts on kyt4d are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No multi-currency selection is available. Deposits made via international channels may be subject to conversion by your payment provider prior to crediting; kyt4d does not apply any internal currency conversion fee.
4.1 kyt4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Platform at kyt4d's discretion.

Documents are used solely for identity verification and AML compliance and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by the Platform's licence authority.
4.4 kyt4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document set. Complex cases may take up to five (5) business days. Withdrawals remain on hold during the KYC review period.
kyt4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kyt4d reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to Rp 10.000 per month against the Account Balance after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
6.1 kyt4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.1 All bets placed on kyt4d are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to each product category. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
7.3 kyt4d reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on erroneous odds, pricing errors, or system malfunctions. Where a void occurs, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance in full.
7.4 kyt4d may impose maximum win limits on individual bets or bet combinations (including mix parlay accumulators). The applicable limits are displayed within the relevant betting market interface.
7.5 All slot and casino titles use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe) and are available on request.
7.6 For togel lottery markets, draw results are determined by the official output of the relevant pool operator (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools). kyt4d does not control or influence draw outcomes.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kyt4d platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the kyt4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of kyt4d or its licensed content suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from kyt4d.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kyt4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or betting market — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 kyt4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if kyt4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 kyt4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 kyt4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the Platform or other Players.
12.2 Where an Account is suspended for investigation, the Player's Balance will be held in escrow pending the outcome of the review. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the Balance will be released and the Account reinstated. If a violation is confirmed, kyt4d may forfeit all or part of the Balance in accordance with these Terms.
12.3 A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any remaining Real Money Balance (net of outstanding wagering obligations) will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method.
13.1 kyt4d reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.3.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of kyt4d's international gaming licence authority.
14.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be specified in the arbitration notice.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
